The construction system consists of panels made of 98% natural renewable materials. The fact that these materials are as close to nature as possible results in high indoor air quality with no harmful substances emitted. In addition, the entire system is breathable so it allows the excess humidity to escape.
The double wooden frame of the panels, which embodies the straw, ensures the structural capacity of low-rise units.Having the timber-straw panels combined with a greywater management system and a solar energy solution, helps maximize the sequestered amount of CO2 during the lifetime of the buildings.
